RatcliffeKEITH(AKA PUFF) Passed away at home peacefully on 3rd November 2014. Loving husband, dad and grandad. Funeral to be held on 17th November, St Georges Church, White Lion Road, Amersham at 12 noon. Wake to be held at the Polish Club, Raans Road, Amersham from 2.30pm onwards. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations if wished towards a memorial bench at Hervines Park.
